Nico Cary is currently the Founder of PassEntry, COO of Stem Cell Fairy and Co-Founder of Influentially. He was the founder of Snax and the Co-Founder of Sportlobster. He was responsible for setting the overall technical direction of both companies. Cary attended Wellington College and is a keen triathlete recently completing 3 marathons back to back (79.2 miles) for MovemberUK raising over £14k for charity.

Scott Witters
Founder & Executive Director of Glownet
Scott is the skipper of the Glownet crew. The leader and visionary, he is passionate for good design and innovation. You rarely get to see much of Scott sitting down. His time is split between Madrid, London, and sleeping on airplanes. A family man, with two vibrant young daughters. Soon after graduating with an MBA from IE Business School in 2003, he shortly became a serial entrepreneur. Just prior to Glownet, Scott was the Festival Director/CEO of Rhythm Group. Rhythm is the producer to New Zealand’s premier music festivals including the 30,000 capacity Rhythm and Vines now in its 12th year. Scott always makes time to mentor business students and support them with their own plans and ambitions. Scott was never cured after being infected by electronic music back in rave scene of the early 90’s. He loves working in the live event industry. He seems to feed off the adrenaline of the show. To him, it’s all about the people you work with.

Neil Garner
Founder & CEO of Thyngs
Neil founded Proxama in 2005 (then called Glue4 Technologies). The business focused on creating services that link people and brands using consumer technologies. In 2008, the company was rebranded as Proxama with a focus on the applications of mobile, smartcard and NFC technologies. Neil passionately believes in using emerging technologies to create valuable services for people. Prior to founding Proxama, Neil ran a division of a niche consultancy, Consult Hyperion, where he led the systems implementation teams for a number of ground breaking products including Vodafone’s m-Pesa, MasterCard’s PayPass, Sky and Barclaycard’s SkyCard and American Express Blue card. Neil has a MEng and DPhil from York University and is a Chartered Engineer. Any precious time at home is split between renovating an old property and enjoying life with his wife and three young children.
