Having been involved in property since 2005 in a range of roles.
Property xyz was the next step from physically being hands on with property as an estate agent and investor to working in tech and the digital space of property data and upfront property information
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Patience. We often under estimate what we can achieve over 10 years and over estimate what we can achieve in 1 year.
The pace of change with property data is rapid at the moment and a lot is possible with the right team, the right focus and the right partnerships

What problem does your business solve?
We help property buyers and sellers find upfront property information on their desired property, in seconds, for free.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
This came from a personal problem we had when buying properties and trying to find out key information as well as our clients that always wanted to know the same items on properties they were interested in buying, but couldn’t easily find the data.
It was either complex, not available, time consuming or very expensive.
We wanted to make it super simple for people to find the information they needed
What is your magic sauce?
We collate 100’s of data points on millions of properties and make it available for all stakeholders in property to access the information freely and in seconds
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
our vision is to build the world’s most intelligent property platform . providing a service that covers a range of locations, across all types of property data and connecting all the stakeholders for a property transaction
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
it’s not been easy to find the right data sets which is an ongoing challenge, but more than that it’s about how to collate the data and show it in a way that enables speed and ease of access so a visitor to property.xyz can simply put in an address and see all of the property data on one page
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
