Tell us about yourself?
I am Sam Kulkarni, I have completed my Computer Engineering. In start of my carrier after finishing my degree I was working as a IT Support Engineer for few years where I learned a lot about server management, server security and Customer relationship.
This field then become my passion. After working with some of the big Web hosting companies in the market One fine day I decided to launch my own Web hosting brand, that was when I registered Webhost.UK.Net and started our journey to offer Best UK Web hosting.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Being more in Technical field, our business model depends alot on Customer relationship and support experience, most of our marketing is done by our customers who have been with us from more than 15 years.
If I could turn back things I would love to go back and learn a more about Marketing skills and promotion done by skilled marketing team. But I am quit happy with present situation as we really are a strong brand name known for our best customer support in web hosting industry.

What is the inspiration behind your business?
Server Management, Server security and hardening has been driving me to Web hosting Industry, over the years I have worked on lot of different technologies from Physical Servers setup to latest generation Cloud setup I have seen all of this changes.
What satisfies me is helping customers get their business reach different part of the world and watch them go big (as the dream about). Some where around we play a important role in many startup success stories, that energy and happiness keeps me inspired in our journey with WebhostUK LTD.
We try to solve complex server related and website end issues for customers, we help them backup their important data, offer ecommerce hosting, blog website, Email service, app hosting etc for them.
What is your magic sauce?

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We already offer Cloud Hosting in UK and US, but we would like to add services like AWS cloud, Google Cloud and open our self to markets of different Countries.
Some of the reasons we would like to cover is Australia, Singapore , UAE.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
One of the biggest Challenge is offer good quality technical support round the clock 365 day. For this we really have to invest a lot on talented staffs around the globe to keep our support cycle running round the clock.
Second I would say is increasing marketing cost.
