Talks Media Group is a marketing agency that strives to push and innovate in digital. As a company we also own a few brands including Vlogging.co.uk and Our Culture, one of the leading websites in the arts and culture word.

Tell us about yourself?

I founded Our Culture back in 2014, as promotional channel for musicians. I would 2016 is when Our Culture came to life for what it is now and how it evolved being part of the bigger picture with Talks. The idea for it came about when I wanted to promote music and didn’t have a solid presence to do it anywhere. I wanted to create a small empire of my own, and I guess it’s all coming along nicely.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Don’t be scared to push boundaries. Take as many risks as you can.

What problem does your business solve?

Well we provide knowledge and news when it comes to our publications. However, Talks is also primarily a marketing agency helping companies go digital and succeed in their industries.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Well we provide knowledge and news when it comes to our publications. However, Talks is also primarily a marketing agency helping companies go digital and succeed in their industries.

What is your magic sauce?

We care about the details, the 1% push with every new project that most ignore. We feel in order to become a better company we must understand exactly what our client wants and how we can implement it in the best way. We simply go further than most companies in our industry do.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Tough question, but we want to have at least 5 strong publications and also a prominent brand that goes beyond marketing.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Finding the most unique way of engaging with potential clients. It’s always about thinking outside the box and doing things others haven’t done or attempted well. Our 2022 will capitalise and improve on all the mistakes we’ve made so far and will in my opinion push us to the next level.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
