Have early stage through market development, systems and company build-out, within Continental European, UK and East European operations; Insurance, FinTech, Telco & Healthcare domain coupled with Digital transformation, data analytics/big data, AI/RPA/Machine learning, Supply Chain Management (retail/green/digitalization) initiatives.
Have had special focus in the areas of product engineering, IT outsourcing and infra managed services. In Summary, a total of 28 years of European P&L/ Business management, Large Global client relationship , Delivery expertise, Large Team Management, Business Strategy and Passion to initiate new ways of executing business with higher efficiency, innovation and returns.
The thought that most companies have a lot of data (both structured and unstructured) to play with on a daily basis and most of them may not be comfortable to use the data to the best advantage of business.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I would advise myself saying .. don’t think your idea is small.. unless you try you never know how big it could be.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our plan for the next 5 years to make our solution available to all kinds of organisations, users and decision makers to make their life more easy/simple in a way that they dont have to depend on using complex products & systems.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Getting the right kind of employees/people to join us.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We want all large enterprise including Pharma, Life Sciences, Retail and Financial Services organisations to reach out to us to just see how we can add value to their Data & Big Data Analytics.. and make it more useful to them to predict their future and monetise it effectively.
