Alpha prospects Ltd is an investment management company focusing on investment in companies with fast growth prospects.
We currently have 11 investments around the globe but in the last few years we have concentrated on green energy investments.
Alpha’s current market capitalisation is £28m.
Alpha has acquired the US intellectual property rights for £5.25m.
This invention virtually eliminates all harmful chimney emissions such as Carbon Dioxide CO2 and carbon monoxide from both coal and wood burning power stations This technology can be retrofitted to all existing chimneys.
Tell us about yourself?
I was appointed as CEO of Alpha Prospects on the 27th November 2007.
Previously I served as a founding director of Chase Corporation plc in 1985.
Chase Corporation plc was responsible for an extensive acquisition program which centered on the purchase of five public listed companies. These assets were subsequently acquired by Trafalgar House plc for £197 million in 1987 where I was retained as the manager of their £1 billion pension fund.
I became a director of Wiggins group plc in 1993 where I held board responsibility for a corporate activities and takeovers until 2005.
I was also the executive director of Active Energy Group plc an AIM listed company between 2007 and 2012 and remain a major shareholder.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
As an entrepreneur it is sadly very difficult to raise funds in the UK for start-ups.
I look back in history to Frank Whittle who invented the jet engine and his U.K. bankers at the time, 80 years ago, said we are very happy with planes with propellers.
He eventually went to the US and his dream came to fruition.
Therefore, the advice I would give to myself was to go to funders in the US straight away and not have bothered wasting two years going to venture capitalists and banks and fund managers in the UK.
I have now gone to the US with the inventor and we intend to list on OTC NASDAQ later next year.
What problem does your business solve?
Alpha’s main investment is a shareholder in STRIKE US.
It has new technology that enables waste energy recovery and the removal of toxic emissions (eg C02 ) from the exhausts of industrial processes and internal combustion engines.
Applications include engines, generators, industrial chimneys, batteries, jet engines and motor vehicles.
We have working examples in Thailand, Melbourne, Canada and London.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
Simply to save the World from climate change.
With our technology all existing coal power stations can continue operating as all the C02 and other harmful emissions are eliminated.

How does it work?
A plasmid is a coherent structure of a magnetic fields they are found naturally in thunderstorms and more specifically in ball lightning. Plasmoids can be used to cause the separation of water into its constituent parts of hydrogen and oxygen.
Plasmoids are created from the exhaust gases of internal combustion engines.
This is then used as an energy source to convert the normal harmful emissions from such energies to water and oxygen.
There are three stages:
- Air is ionized using UV light and introduced into the system.
- Plasmoids are formed in water by passing the ionised air through a catalyst. Plasmoids are then generated by collapsing bubbles, which are created by the vacuum and then imploded by applying pressure .
- The cold Plasmoid and water mixture passes through the catalytic tornado resonator. This comprises two spheres. The exhaust gases from the engine act on the Plasmoids, energy is released in the form of heat which is sufficient to charge the molecule structure of the exhaust.
Energy is also transferred to the passports retained in the water vapour which is then added to the fuel intake of the engine either through the carburettor or fuel injection in the case of Diesel engines.
Cool moist Plasmoid enriched air moving into the engine, structured using resonant spheres and cylinders of different diameters interacts with a hot air encapsulating it as it moves out of the opposite direction from the engine.
This releases energy at an atomic level within the exhaust system to alter its composition element eliminating toxic chemical waste such as carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide hydrocarbons other toxic harmful compounds. This invention has multiple applications.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
The plan is to create Worldwide publicity for this invention.
This will start with the US quotation planned for next year.
We are already in discussions with numerous multinational companies, from power stations to cargo shipping.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Seeing is believing.
Hence the biggest challenge to date is to fund working examples around the World. When investors and customers see the machines in person (with the most elaborate testing equipment attached) they then become believers.
Years ago, we took our first engine in the UK for an MOT test. The motor examiners said they have never seen anything like it as there was no C02 coming from the exhaust.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Alpha current share price is 7p
However, we do have 29m warrant shares at 2p still available to sophisticated investors.
The warrants are immediately converted into Alpha ordinary shares.
The plan is for the quoted US company STRIKE US to purchase Alpha’s energy assets next year.
